8:00–8:40am — Independent Play & Breakfast
A relaxed start to the day with independent play and breakfast.

8:40–9:00am — School Run

9:00–9-30 -Snacktime 

10:30am — Outdoor Adventures & Exploring
Exploring the garden, discovering nature or attending a local children’s group.

10:45am–12:00pm — Creative & Sensory Play
Arts and crafts, sensory experiences and opportunities to explore new ideas.

12:00–12:15pm — Tidy Up & Wash Hands
Preparing for lunchtime together.

12:30pm — Lunchtime
Enjoying a nutritious, home-cooked meal together.

1:00–2:00pm — Rest & Recharge
Younger children are encouraged to sleep, while older children can rest or enjoy quieter activities.

2:00–3:00pm — Child-Initiated Play
Children choose their own play experiences, indoors or outdoors, following their interests and curiosity.

3:00–3:30pm — School Collection

4:00pm — Teatime
A chance to sit together and enjoy tea.

4:30–5.30pm — Free Play & Winding Down
Relaxed play and activities before the end of the day.

5.30pm — Little Sprouts Closes

🌱 A Few Things to Remember

Nappy checks, changes and toileting support are provided throughout the day according to each child’s individual needs.

Our daily routine is a guide rather than a fixed timetable. We follow the children’s interests and needs, adapting our day around the weather, special occasions, outings and exciting new ideas.
