At Little Sprouts Childcare in Brynhoffnant, we are a nature based, Hygge in the early years accredited setting providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years old.
Our Services
Little Sprouts Childcare offers a range of services to cater to your needs, including Full Day Care, After School collection from T Llew Jones, and Holiday Care. We provide nutritious meals and snacks to ensure your child's well-being throughout the day.
Operating Hours
We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to accommodate working parents and their busy schedules. Your child can enjoy a full day of activities and learning through the natural world.
Childminder Laura
I am Laura-Jayne the registered childminder for Little sprouts childcare, I live with my husband Tom and have five children,
We live in a detached 5 bedroomed house with a large garden, play area and vegetable patch on a quiet lane just outside of Brynhoffnant. We have 3 ponies that live in our field next door, 4 chickens, a dog, cat, 2 guinea pigs and a tortoise. All our animals live outside in their designated areas away from the children during the day and our dog Lola sleeps in the kitchen at night.
I hold a level 3 in early years care and education and a level 3 in play work. I have over 20 years’
experience working in early years as lead practitioner, SENCO, designated safeguarding lead, and under 2’s nursery manager.
Assistant Jenny
I am Jenny and I work as the assistant for Little Sprouts childcare. I live in Pontgarreg and have three
daughters. I have lived in the Pontgarreg area for 38 years and went to the local primary school then to Cardigan Secondary school. I have worked in local education in Ceredigion for
nearly twenty years and before that I worked in the local Ysgol Feithrin. I hold a level three in
childcare and education, extensive ALN experience and I am a Welsh speaker.
